Frank Goff BOONEVILLE - Martin Franklin "Frank" Goff, 62, died Monday, Aug. 4, 2008, at Methodist Hospital in Germantown, Tenn. He was born March 21, 1946, in Booneville to M.D. and Mauveline Stevens Goff. He graduated from the University of Mississippi in 1975 with a bachelor of science degree in physics and psychology.
